Is being vegetarian really dangerous for your health?
I've been a vegetarian since I was seven years old, even tough my parents are meat eaters, so for about nine to ten years. All of that time, I've rarely been sick, never serious, just colds. My health actually increased since I've became a vegetarian. Whats your opinion about it?

If you don't milk a cow, it would die.

JonDoe please show some respect, I didn't insult you. Otherwise, my statement is true if the cow doesn't have offspring. It would probably get sick or die in the most dangerous case. Otherwise it would probably get dry until next pregnancy.

No, but being vegan definitely is. Not only is there nothing wrong with eating dairy, if you don't eat meat you HAVE to eat dairy to ensure getting enough top quality complete protein. Otherwise you can get sick and develop ailments. Vegans have lots of health problems, especially if they haven't done their research. They will deny it, because to them an animal's life is more precious than a human's life. It is painful for a cow to not be milked. Chickens lay eggs all the time, there is nothing wrong with eating an egg. The eggs we eat are unfertilized so we are not killing a baby chick.
