What foods have a good source of Iron?
I think I need more iron... lately, I haven't been sleeping well, and also, this morning, I was sitting down, and I got up quickly and got lightheaded (this happens often) so I leaned on the counter to wait for it to pass, but all the sudden I was on the floor (I fainted) and my mom was freaking out... and I searched online and found out that these things happen because a lack of iron.... where can I get lots of iron?

-seafood, such as oysters, clams, tuna, salmon, and shrimp, etc.
-beans, including kidney, lima, navy, black, pinto, soy beans, and lentils
- iron fortified whole grains, including cereals, breads, rice, and pasta
- greens, including collard greens, kale, mustard greens, spinach, and turnip greens
- tofu
- vegetables, including broccoli, swiss chard, asparagus, parsley, watercress, brussel sprouts

Also, if this keep happening, you may have anemia. The doctor can give you a bloodtest to check for it, and if you have it, they can prescribe some iron pills for you. I hope you feel better dear!
